HOW WILL IT INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY?
A key to productivity is how one manages the existing content. And, it has always been difficult to manage and store growing digital content, particularly image, audio, video and all other rich file types.
So, to manage and collaborate on content, Microsoft has announced some features that will be available in OneDrive and SharePoint later this year. These features are as follows:
1. Video and audio transcription:
OneDrive and SharePoint will come with automated transcription services for video and audio files, which will be available later this year. It will come with similar AI technology used in Microsoft Stream.
With these services, a full transcript will be displayed directly in industry leading viewer that supports more than 320 different file types. It will improve both accessibility and search. Users can also put up their personal videos and images to collaborate with others to bring out the best work.
2. Searching audio, video and images:
As announced in September last year, with the use of secure AI, Microsoft will determine location of the photos, objects and also extract text from an image. Now on the basis on this data, users will be able to easily search for audio, video and images in Office 365.

Microsoft will introduce a new files view to OneDrive and Office.com homepage for recommending relevant files to the users. As files will recommended on the basis of user’s behavior, how they work, and what activities do they perform on shared content.

Well, now OneDrive and SharePoint will have some more stats than before for users to make decisions. With more powerful insights on content, it will help user in making their next move.
They will come with more detailed file and data insights to help users study the content and to perform more accurate analysis on it. Also, they will have intelligent sharing, where users will be able to directly share files to each other from OneDrive mobile app.
And, to keep the data more secure, OneDrive will come with files restore feature to restore the missing or deleted files. This file restore feature includes integration with Microsoft Windows Defender Antivirus to protect data from any kind of malware attack.

You might have notices blue verified badge on some Instagram profiles who have huge number of followers and audiences. But, with this, getting a blue verified badge won’t’ be easy. To get the badge, popular Instagram users will have to fill a form and also their account must fulfill Terms of Service & Community Guidelines. To fill the verification request form, go to profile, and tap on the menu. Now, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Request Verification’. Here, you have to provide account username, full name, copy of legal or business identification.
Filling the form doesn’t mean that it will be verified. After reviewing profile, Instagram will send notification about the confirmation or decline of request.
3. Support for Third-Party Authenticators
With this latest Instagram update, to log into Instagram account, users will be soon able to use third-party authenticator apps. This kind of two-factor authentication will make it easy and safe for users to log into Instagram securely.To use third-party app, go to profile, and tap on the menu. Here, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Two-Factor Authentication’. After this, choose ‘Authentication App’ as the preferred form of authentication.
