• Open Outlook on Computer B. Copy the .pst file onto Computer B. In the open Outlook, select “File” > “Import and Export.”
• Now choose “Import from another program or file” and click “Next.”
• Choose .pst files and click “Next.”
• Select the “Browse” button to navigate to the location of the .pst file and click “Open.” All type of PST files will be imported into Computer B Outlook.
• Import the files on Computer B Outlook into Computer B Thunderbird.
• Now open Thunderbird and select “Tools” > “Import.” After that click on the “Mail” button and click “Next.”
• Now click on “Outlook” and click “Next.” When the import is finished, click “Finish.”
• Close Thunderbird application. Then, click “Start” and navigate to “Your-username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles.default” Copy all the above information including files and folders to a flash drive or external drive and move the flash drive to Computer A.
• At last, move to “Your-username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles.default” on Computer A. Copy the files and folders from Computer B into that directory. All of the email info will now be migrated to Computer A Thunderbird.
