CoreValue – Mishak

New faces, new experience

Meet Taras Mishak.

Motto in life: the obstacle is the way. Whatever prevents us from reaching our goals reshapes us and makes us stronger so we can continue our path.

Job title: Business Analyst

You are the so to speak freshman here.

Q:Why did you choose CoreValue?

I am certain it had to happen at some point. Many friends shared only good impressions about Corevalue. When I got to know about an interesting project, I decided to join the company as well. I hope to find more friends here to reach our goals together.

Q:What is so special about your new job?

Business analyst’s job is to support changes that improve performance by elicitation of business, stakeholders, and solution requirements.

The biggest project’s challenge is complexity of the app’s objects, relationships and workflows, as well as meeting mandatory constraints introduced by the industry’s regulation.

A fantastic job was already done and I will do my best to assist the team with providing value to the customer.

Q: What kind of hobby do you have?

I am fond of learning foreign languages (like Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese). I am Ashtanga yoga practitioner (with instructor’s certificate). Also I like playing basketball and tennis.

Q:  What is your core value?

Persistence to reach important goals. And I believe people should use talents and resources that they have to realize themselves.
