December is the favorite month of Biztechians. Because, in starting of the month, we get to celebrate the birthday of our favorite CEO Mr. Maulik Shah, and then the Annual day of our very own Biztech on 16th December. Actually, the celebration spirit was there throughout the month, ever since our inbox popped up with the email of celebration details! Each one of us got excited and worked really hard for this event.

The Event Planning:

The Venue, Dance, Hosting, Drama, Stand-up comedy, Awards and more. There was so much on our checklist. But we all had a group of amazing volunteers allocated for each activity who worked to make this plan to reality and let me address that by doing volunteers never had any excuses to complete their work commitments on time.

Days Celebration:

When it comes to celebrating, Biztech believes in celebrating it differently as always! Prior to a couple of days of the event, the Biztech Cultural Group organized Days celebrations.

Where We celebrated:

• Black & White and Nerd Day: Where everyone had to come dressed in a Black and White attire, and had to look like a nerd. And that’s when everyone’s creativity came out! Everyone came dressed with oiled hair, specs, brought books together and what not! At the end of the day, BCG group organized one small event where freshers competed with each other to get qualified for Mr. and Miss Biztech 2018.
• Retro Day: The other day there was a complete Bollywood atmosphere in the premises! Each team was dressed as characters from a particular movie from 90’s and performed a small act on the same. The acting part was the best! Our hidden actors woke up somehow and we shared an evening full of laugh and fun! Two of the best acts won the prices.

The Event Day:

Yaay! And finally, the event day came. We all were excited, Dressed and ready to participate in this memorable event. The event started with a Ganesh pooja and performance on the same by a group of dancers. They performed gracefully and brought holy spirits when everyone cheered them up!

After that, the most awaited segment of event started. That was ‘Awards 2018.’ Our management never fails to appreciate hard working employees and thus they announced various awards categorized differently. Even award nominees were given the certificates which inspired them to bring out the best in them each day.

After the Entertainment part, Mr. and Miss Biztech 2018 were announced. And the most exciting part came – Dancing, Drama and Stand-up comedy. Participants tighten their shoes to performed their heart out. Followed by a special game for our management team ‘Blast from the Past’, Memes segment, and of course yummy dinner party, the event finally came to an end. This blog will share some glimpse of the event day but it’s impossible to engrave the fun we had together with memories created for life!
