We Biztechians believe in ‘Work Hard, Party Harder’ approach and Christmas gave us a great reason to cheer… With Secret Santa event or a Team Color Day celebration, we enjoyed every moment and made it memorable.
Christmas marks the beginning of a week-long festive season with a lot of enthusiasm and gayety in the air! “Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, jingle all the way” rocked the Biztechians as we celebrated this festival of merriment.
Our celebration started with the Secret Santa event. To make this event more enjoyable, we added a twist! Santa, who comes to please everyone with wonderful gifts on the Christmas day, came to Biztech in the circumstances when a few of us need him desperately.
Yes, as a part of our Secret Santa Prank, thought innovatively and managed intelligently by Biztech Culture Group (BCG), we just replaced the original gifts of a few Biztechians with some insignificant items, and when they got disappointed by having such gifts, our Secret Santa entered and gave the ‘real’ gifts to multiply their joy.
Professionalism is in Biztechians’ DNA! We kept the team spirit alive even while celebrating Christmas in full. We kept a theme of Team Color to show our unity and uniformity. It was a great delight for us to see our various teams consisting of hard-working professionals, in different colors!
That’s it! No exaggeration in saying that Biztech celebrated Christmas and New Year with the high degree of joy and zeal.
