Now, we all know that Switzerland is an expensive place, so it’s important to note that when planning you are planning your trip make sure you save some extra pennies.

You can do so by booking your flights and hotels from Expedia. It is quite an affordable online booking platform that offers some of the amazing deals and discounts all on a budget.

Day One!

Morning…

When you enter in Zurich you can start your day by visiting the one of the beautiful lakefront banking city with the beautiful Limmat river running through it. It makes an amazing view of the Alps, you can have a terrific walking street.  Here are your all chances to enjoy the ancient quarter, and the Niederdorf, a part of town where things begin heating up past midnight.

Evening

You can go ahead to enjoy a diverse weekend by going to Lake Zurich and do:

  • Lake jumping,
  • Mountain hiking,
  • Catherdral ascending and
  • City mooching.

All these things will be a great way to start your first day at Zurich without venturing far from the city center at all.

After all, the tiredness; enjoy a good meal at Delish Cafe, Seebad Utoquai, Baltho Kuche & Bar, or Hiltl. So enjoy your lunch, dinner in one of these places!!

Day Two!

Morning…

Start your morning by Hiking up to Uetliburg summit. You will have a great day here as you can take an intense walk for which it takes an hour to hike or 40 minutes if you consider yourself fairly fit. Also, at the top of this place, there’s a cafe and lots of places where you can sit and enjoy the view before traveling back down.

Afternoon…

Thereafter you can leave for Lake Zurich at Flussbad Oberer Letten. You will notice there people jumping off the bridge and floating down the river on inflatables where you can join in. Don’t worry, it’s safe to jump as the water is pretty nice and there’s a decent flow which will spin you down the river. This is quite a popular choice among the locals there!

Thereafter, you can leave for waterfront bars to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and the sunset glows from. A couple noted that took my heart visually were Bauschanzli and Barfussbar.

Day Three!

If you want to feel energetic on your last day trip then you can plan to go out for a gym workout. Yes, it is quite an interesting idea to do. There are many hotels too that offer gyming facility so if you fancy about gym then book a hotel that offers such facility. You can definitely find a good hotel from Expedia.

After the sun moves on, you can have a settled and relaxed last day. As it is most important to have a relaxed holiday. So, grab a cup of coffee and take along the waterfront in one of the many restaurants with the outdoor seating arrangement.

If you really want to have the yummiest coffee then you can grab a cup at Vicafe. The place offers really creamy, strong coffee that you can enjoy on the cobbled steps just outside the shop.

I hope, Zurich is definitely what you want on your holiday. Hope, this blog has inspired you to travel here and enjoy many different things there!
