Admittedly, this is hard. Because the stresses just keep piling up, of course, most of us would eat a lot and wouldn’t even care about looking at what we eat on a daily basis.
I admit, I don’t eat as healthy as I used to and I definitely a lot of rice these past few months, but that’s alright. I have come to learn that the Dieting does not mean starving yourself. It means that you’re only going to change the way you eat. Eat healthier, but you also need to do calorie deficit. That’s how you lose weight.
It baffles me how people thinks that dieting means starving yourself when it’s not how it works. You wouldn’t want to deprive yourself, especially during this pandemic.
I have made a video about what I eat in a day during Quarantine, to at least, Maintain my current weight.
Just make sure that you’re not depriving yourself and always turn to healthier options. Ice cream = frozen grapes/berries.
