Banana Avocado Matcha Smoothie
Start your morning with a Matcha smoothie.
1. Preheat Matcha bowl for 1 min using hot water, and then discard.
2. Using a traditional bamboo tea scoop (Chashaku), measure out 2 tea scoops (1 Perfectea Spoon) of Matcha into strainer, and gently sift into Matcha bowl.
3. Add 1-1.5 oz. of water, and mix to create a paste.
4. Once paste is mixed, add approximately 8 oz. of water at 175°F (79°C).
5. Rapidly whisk Matcha in an “M” or W” motion and set aside.
