The world’s largest Digital marketing company, WSI hosted the recent Digital Summit held last September 25th at Boca Raton, Florida. The event was organized to provide marketers, business owners; sales managers and other business professionals enough knowledge and skills to further improve their digital marketing strategy. It was also an opportunity for participants to make new friends and big connections.
WSI co-founder, Dan Monaghan made a keynote address on Digital Marketing in a complex world where he discussed the challenges businesses face in today’s dynamic digital arena, as well as new technologies that will bring revolutionary changes in the industry. Guest speakers were experts in the digital marketing industry including Ron Cates of Constant Contact, Alec Humes of Google, Pete Caputa of HubSpot, and many others.
It was a 9-hour; action-packed engagement consisted of highly relevant presentation, workshops, breakouts, and Q&A sessions. Topics covered included Guide to Navigating through the Complex World of Digital Marketing, Advertising & Marketing in the Digital Space, Inbound Marketing, The Science Behind Boosting Conversions, and other related topics and valuable insights.
The workshop was divided into three tracks. Participants were grouped according to their roles in the marketing industry to give them the appropriate training they needed. Company owners/CEOs were provided with Digital Business Model Canvas workshop facilitated by Francois-Xavier Magnin, WSI Consultant from France.
The second track was workshop for Sales Managers facilitated by Francois Muscat, Consultant from WSI South Africa with topics entitled - Linkedin Workshop: Secrets from a Social Media Master. The second part discussed the topic Prospecting Online: An Hour of Powerful Tips and Tricks.
The third track was for online marketers. The first half of the workshop was about Mobile Marketing facilitated by Eric Cook, Consultant from WSI USA; followed by another topic with Krista LaRiviere entitled Stay On the Same Page as Google With Adaptive SEO.
The Digital Summit aims to equip marketers and business owners alike, to help them make sense of the complex world of digital marketing.
