The students of Pre-Primary, Delhi School Of Excellence celebrated Purple Colour day on 17th September, 2021. The colour purple, combines the calm stability of blue and fierce energy of red. Colour days are celebrated to make the little kids aware about various colours and how they add beauty to things around us.
The teachers and students were beautifully dressed up in purple colour. It was a pleasant and lovely day with full of excitement. Children brought purple colour objects and displayed them in the class. The day was packed with fun filled craft activities and exciting games. Children participated enthusiastically and made beautiful craft work out of waste pet bottle. The activity not only enhanced their creativity but also helped them to understand the importance of recycling and reusing the waste material available at home.
Children enjoyed the activity of mixing red and blue colours and were amused to see purple colour as the result. Finally they played treasure hunt game to find purple things hidden at different places in their house. The day was filled with fun and frolic.
