Salman Khan Blackbuck Poaching Case: Rajasthan Govt Constitutes Five member committee To Review SC Appeal Details

A day after, it provided protection to the key witness Harish Dulani in Salman Khan Chinkara poaching case, Rajasthan Govt on Friday constituted five member committee to review Supreme Court appeal details in Salman Khan Chinkara case.

The move comes after Dulani who was believed to be missing, resurfaced and told media that he was forced into hiding after receiving threats.

Dulani resurfaced two days after the Salman Khan was acquitted by the Rajasthan High Court in two cases related to poaching of Chinkaras in Jodhpur in 1998.

Dulani added that he stands by his statement made in the court against Salman.

“I have said what I wanted to say in courts. I was a driver with them for a week. I was threatened and hence I went out (of Jodhpur). I just need protection…I said what I wanted to say in courts, now I don’t want to comment on it. Yes, I stand by my statement and if court summons me, I will go. When was I missing?” Dulani said.
