54 Darbhanga Medical College Girls Fined Rs 25,000 Each For Ragging

In the second incident of medical students being fined for ragging in the state of Bihar in the past fortnight, at least 54 girl students of the Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) have been fined Rs 25,000 each in connection with charges of ragging.

The fined students include both second-year and first-year students, with the second-year students being penalised for conducting the ragging, and the first-year students for refusing to identify the tormentors.
