The Australian player soon realised his mistake and took to twitter to post a public apology for Virat Kohli and India, saying he had no ‘Ill Intentions’. Here is what the cricketer Posted:

Brad wrote that he had no intentions to demean anyone, he just said things in a light-hearted manner. He added he respects Virat Kohli’s skills as a cricketer and also has great gratitude towards the India.

Kohli had decided not to play the decider match in the India-Australia Series, keeping his fitness in mind for the upcoming IPL Tournament. On this Hodge had raised questions, saying he had doubts if Virat has his ‘priorities’ straight!
