Former BJP Delhi chief Satish Upadhyay on Wednesday alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi is headed for a split due to rifts between Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia.
Aam Aadmi Party suffered badly in the recent assembly elections where it contested in Punjab and Goa, winning 22 and 0 seats respectively which is reportedly the cause of the rift between the AAP leaders.

Ahead of the election results, AAP had been confident of winning majority in Punjab but finished nearly 50 seats behind the majority holding Congress. Kejriwal alleged tampering with the EVMs which resulted in their loss.
Taking to social media, Upadyay tweeted that a faction led by Kejriwal is against one led by Sisodia and cited the poor performance in Punjab, Goa as the main reason.
