A 14-year-old Teen has been nabbed on a charge of defiling a female University of Florida student at Gainesville.

The boy was also charged with burglary and other crimes which was connected to the Rape case and recent burglaries in the area of Tivoli and Bivens Cove.

The rape victim narrate her ordeal to the Police that she was working out in the Tivoli Apartments gym at about 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday when a black male kick on the door.

He allegedly grabbed her and pulled her into the bathroom, Gainesville police reported.

Police say the suspect punched the victim in the face tear her pant, grabbed her by the throat and made her perform a sex act.

NGJK reported that He was arrested later on Saturday along with his 13-year-old brother after police viewed undercover surveillance at the scene where the rape occurred.
