On Sunday 7 August 2016, dare to participate in the Ötztal Glacier Flea Hike: a challenging tour, high in the alpine leading up to 3200 meters above Sea Level. The hike will lead from the starting point in Obergurgl, through Ramolhaus (for a food and drink stop), then on to Ramoljoch (the highest point at 3200 meters above sea level) and Langeben. You will finish in the beautiful village of Vent. This tour promises an unpreceded look at the stunning natural beauty of the Ötztal Valley, complete with views from high mountain vantage points.
Participants who complete the course and pass all checkpoints will receive a badge and certificate. There will be a trophy for the 3 fastest male and the 3 fastest female participants, as well as one for the youngest and oldest male and female participants.
Although the trail is well-marked, this tour is only suitable for experienced hikers in good physical condition. Proper Hiking gear is required, including hiking boots and warm, weather-proof jackets.

You must pass all checkpoints and get your card stamped to be eligible for the certificate and any of the trophies!
SERVICE ALONG THE HIKING TRACK
The whole track is supervised by a radio communication system. First aid and safety teams are spread all over the high Alpine hiking route.

Registration right at the Start by paying the Entry Fee and picking-up the Start Card.
€12.00 per adult person / € 5.00 per child (up to 14 years) and seniors (over 60 years).
Group discounts from 5+ persons: € 10.00
The entry fee also includes the return transfer by bus from Vent to Obergurgl and 1 drink at the entertainment event in the finish area.
