Peacock Bass Fishing Report 12/5/13

Homero River Fly-in Floating cabins experienced fair weather during the last weekend. Last week's catch totaled 933 Landed Peacock Bass with 49 fish over the 10 pound mark and the largest weighing 16. This week's group starts with a 369 fish count and an excellent fishing forecast over the next few days in the Amazon.
 
The lower Xeruini private fishery produced good Peacock Bass Fishing conditions with the water at jungle level. Anglers landed 162 peacock bass with the largest fish weighing 14 pounds. Last week's group landed 1043 peacocks and the largest fish weighed in at 18lbs. According to the rainfall graphics, past and future, water levels are expected to improve significantly on the coming days.
The other camps are being repositioned in better water levels.
