We often become tired with our mechanical life. Our everyday routine include only the office work or the other household work. Adding to this is another tension of the kids schooling. Right from the time we wake up till the time we got to bed we keep running, all this together leads us to Stress and depression. To get relieved from all this we have to go for a walk when we find time, look at the Green trees and plants. You know each color has an impact on us, they change the state of our mind. Blue keeps you calm, red triggers anger, green is a stress buster. The more you look at green color the more happy you are. Hence it is likely to go out for a walking in the park to get out of the stress.
