SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival

There is a lot to see and enjoy on Saturdays in April and May at SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival.

The South Seas Food Festival continues at SeaWorld on Saturdays through May 13th with a diverse offering of international food, craft beer and music.

Let’s start with the food offerings at the Seven Seas event. Parkgoers will be able to purchase special lanyards allowing them to taste a variety of sampler size cuisine and beer from around the globe. There are 10 or 15 item sampler options depending how adventuresome you are.

International Markets at Sea World Orlando

The core of the Seven Seas Food Festival are the 11 international markets scattered in the park. Each international menu or station features at least 4 entrée sampler dishes, dessert and regional beverages and brews from that area of the world. The diversity of choices is quite impressive including Asian, Korean, Pacific Coast and Polynesian. Additional regional menus include Brazilian, Caribbean, Floridian, Gulf Coast, Mexican, North Atlantic and Mediterranean.

In terms of specialty themes, the craft and barbecue “smokehouse tavern” limited time menu will continue through April 15th. These homemade selections will include ribs, smoked chicken, pulled pork, kielbasa sausage. It’s good ol’ comfort food served with down home goodness for all SeaWorld park guests who choose to indulge on these days.

The SeaWorld culinary crew is then going to kick it up a notch for the last 4 weeks of the Seven Seas Festival for the “Cocina Criolla” specialty menu. Beginning on Saturday, April 22nd Chef Colon will feature a special latin menu for all guests. Favorites such as Churrasco, Lechon Asado, Empanadillas and Bacalaitos will be featured.  

Seven Seas Concert Music

Although some concerts have already been held, there are a few more bands to rock the SeaWorld amphitheatre. Kickin it old school will be The Commodores on April 15th, and giving the concert series a little latin infusion will be Oscar D’Leon, Olga Tanon and Grupo Mania respectively on April 22nd, April 29th and May 6th. An additional group will be playing on May 13th, but this has not been officially announced.
