Players can download the Xbox One PUBG test server now.
PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds’ desert map, Miramar, is coming to Xbox One test Servers tomorrow, April 24.
The PUBG Miramar Map HEADED TO XBOX ONE IN MAY” target=”_blank”> map is expected to drop on the console in May, and the test schedule is detailed up until April 29, so all being well, we might see the map in the full game next month. In a developer update earlier today, it was announced Xbox One players can download the Miramar test server from the Microsoft store today in preparation for tomorrow.
Because it’s still early days, the devs have warned “some aspects may not function as expected.” Players will also be limited to TPP (third person perspective) on the North American servers for “matchmaking reasons.”
Players will be incentivised to help track down bugs with bug bounty rewards, which will award 150 players who find bugs with “some swaggy in-game items.”
The full test schedule is below:
- U.S. (PDT) Schedule
- 4/25, 4/26, 4/27: Servers available 5pm PDT through 11 p.m. PDT
- 4/28 & 4/29: Servers available 11am PDT through 11 p.m. PDT
- Europe (CEST) Schedule
- 4/26, 4/27, 4/28: Servers available 2am CEST through 8 a.m. CEST
- 4/28 & 4/29: Servers available 8pm CEST through 8 a.m. CEST
Meanwhile, over on the PC test servers, players have been testing a new map, Codename: Savage, which will feature an underground network of caves.
A map selection feature will also be rolling out on PC test servers, and will be implemented in the full game “soon after.”
