POS means Point of Sale, and it is the time and place where a retail Transaction is completed.

It is the point at which a customer makes a payment to the merchant in exchange for goods or after provision of a service.

According to FCMB, in the event of a Declined Pos transaction that is not reversed immediately, it says the complainant should contact his/her  bank and request for a reversal of failed POS transaction.

FCMB, which is one of the most customer-friendly, and most responsive financial institutions in Nigeria says  the following details may be required to lodge complaints:

• Your bank account number.

With the above details, your POS issue will be resolved.
