20. Hide It Pro a.k.a. Audio Manager
This is one of the oldest vaults in the Google Play store. Looks like an audio manager, it has secretive built-in vault that guards your sensitive information with a password. You can hide photos, videos, contacts, messages, notes, apps, etc using this app. The wonderful thing is that anyone won’t know that this is a vault, thanks to the disguised UI behind a fully functional Audio Manager. It also offers a fake password feature, which opens the vault which appears empty.

19. I can't wake up
If you can’t wake up, this app is for you. This alarm won’t let you sleep, and won’t stop ringing, unless you pass its wake-up methods. It’s my practical experience, that when you care enough to solve them, eventually, you don’t feel like sleeping again! It also has a global silence override option, so that alarm will ring at all profiles. The only way you can turn off the alarm, is to turn off your phone.

A must have application!

11. Screencast Video Recorder
This is one of those apps, which make me feel higher over the iPhone users. This amazing app records your screen, whatever you do on it, and save as a high quality MPEG4 file. And it’s the only one, supporting the HD screens out there. A one of its kind-must have for every gamer, or a geek!

10. Evernote
Evernote is seemingly the best note-taking app for Android. It features attachment of images, sound clip to your note, and with your Evernote account all your notes are saved at the Evernote servers. It also features an eye-candy User Interface making it one of the best. It also seamlessly integrates with other Evernote apps.

With ‘Pocket’ (formerly Read it Later), you can save just about anything you can find on internet for offline reading. You can save web pages, photo galleries, YouTube videos, and more with Pocket, with you’re your preferred view type-mobile or desktop. For review’s sake, the feature list includes, password protection at startup, Bluetooth & headset controls, many themes to choose from, and tight DropBox integration, just to name a few.

7. All-In-One Toolbox (21+ Tools)

Certainly the best on Android!

It can’t be any better than this-‘Office Suit Pro’ is an extraordinary Office client, for reading, and editing mostly all kinds of documents, the extensions include, but are not limited to .pdf, .epub, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xla, .rtf, .txt, etc. It’s the no. 1 app in the Google Play business category!
It’s your all-in-one Document viewer, editor, creator.

3. Titanium Backup
“Titanium Backup is the most powerful backup tool on Android, and then some.”
The best app ever for any guy who’s rooted. It allows you to backup and restore all the user/system apps/data. It also features uninstallation of system apps.

2. Lookout Mobile Security
Lookout is the best all-in-one security app for Android, offering essential protection against all the bad stuff that can happen to your phone or tablet, like malware & viruses, loss, and theft. It backups all your Google contacts and photos to the cloud for safekeeping. Lost your phone? Find it instantly from from Google Maps.

The best Keyboard app for Android, the SwiftKey includes revolutionary text prediction methods to guess your next word. It magically guesses your next word, with fairly accurate results after few days of usage. It also features continuous text input that we all tried to master with in Swype, but impressively enables you to type complete sentences at a stretch. This functionality has not been offered by any other app developer, and that’s what makes it the most popular keyboard app in Android. Unfortunately, the Apple fanboys, aren’t blessed with this level of customisation. :P You can estimate it’s worth by wondering that it’s the TOP PAID ANDROID APP (Yes you heard it correct!), making it the best Android App!

For copyright infringement issues, I've removed the apk download links of the paid applications in the list. Sorry for the inconvenience, you can Google them anyway.
