Join us for Sunday Morning Prayer Worship

for the Third Sunday in Lent

Dear Beloved Parishioners,

Below is information about our online worship, and also a description of our work to plan for Palm Sunday and Easter. I am happy to say that, at this point, we are planning to have the option to meet in person on Palm Sunday (March 28th), and Easter Sunday (April 4th).

The Collect for the Third Sunday in Lent

Almighty God, you know that we have no power in ourselves to help ourselves: Keep us both outwardly in our bodies and inwardly in our souls, that we may be defended from all adversities which may happen to the body, and from all evil thoughts which may assault and hurt the soul; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Please note, beginning next week, on March 14th, we will be posting the Sunday Morning Prayer worship at 9am on YouTube, and music posted at 9:30. Of course, you can access the worship and music at any time, as well. YouTube Channel LINK

On Palm Sunday, March 28th, and Easter Sunday, April 4, there weill be multiple ways to join us for worship. At 9am, we will have online worship posted on our YouTube Channel. Also at 9am we will have brief outdoor services near the front entrance of the church, and then at 10am we will have indoor worship services on both Palm Sunday and Easter. There is still risk, and we will still have limited numbers of people inside, still have masks, and still have social distancing. Godwilling, we are moving in the right direction with COVID19.

These plans are dependent upon being able to be safe for every person. As long as the numbers of COVID19 keep going in the right pattern, and we abide the requirements of the CDC, State, City, and the Diocese of Pennsylvania, we are hopeful we may be able to also have Holy Eucharist (in one kind-bread only) on those two Sundays.

More information on these details will come in the next weeks, continue to care for yourselves, for one another, and keep us all in your prayers.

In Christ's Love,
