Congratulation to Kamala Harris for being the pick for Joe Biden running mate. I have been complicit with policies that have resulted in mass incarceration and harm to immigrants and their families. As California’s Attorney General, she was basically the state’s top cop, so this raises a bunch of red flags for me. Yet, for now, the pressing need is to beat and remove from office the current occupant of the White House, who has proven to be a cruelest and evil man. It is most urgent that he and his cronies be removed from the office, as soon as possible. Alas, we don’t live in a perfect world, with perfect politics and perfect candidates. We just don’t, so we’ve got to go with what works best for the moment. So, I will be supporting Biden and Harris 2020. And, yes, though I will be supporting the Biden Harris ticket, I will continue to point out and criticize any and all policies which I consider to be unjust and unfair to the most vulnerable amongst us.
