Few Years ago, I was diagnosed of kidney problem, the Doctor asked me to pray and ask God to direct a donor to me. it was terrible, i felt very bad but then i allowed my voice get to God that night from my ward.
God heard me and touched me that night, same doctor that pronounced one of my kidneys "BAD" confirmed that "THIS MUST BE A MIRACLE" two brand new Kidneys has been given to me by the lord.
After I was discharged, Then The Lord drew my attention to an instruction he had given me when i accepted his call on my life as a missionary evangelist.
he had told me thus:
"Son You Need To Start Taking Care Of Your Health".
Which reminded me of what the doctor had told me prior to the scans/test, he had told me that i have become so spiritual to undermine the importance of taking care of my body that houses my spirit!
One of the ways to improve your health is making sure you have good enough rest for your physical Body, and good Sleep has a role to play in this.
It’s recommended to sleep for a certain number of hours every day. Although some people say, “There’re days that I sleep throughout; and then other days, I just stay awake.” That isn’t a normal lifestyle.
If you’re that way, always cutting back on sleep, then you’ve got to reorder your lifestyle. You’re not supposed to go on for several days without sleep, hoping to make up by sleeping eventually for twenty-four hours. That’s not going to work.
|Water helps keep the body well |
hydrated which is essential because
almost everycell in the body needs
water to function properly.
Over time, chronic insomnia could drastically affect your health. God made day and night on purpose. Night has a cooling effect on the natural body. The biological effect of night is to cause you to sleep, to create the instincts of sleep, yet some people will still not want to give in to sleep.
Such a lifestyle isn’t too good for your health, and could even impact your eyes negatively. The Bible says, “…wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear” (Isaiah 28:12). Can you see that? He wants love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” You can’t know this and be a sissy or weakling that’s defeated in life.
The question is: do you love the Lord? If your answer is yes, you have nothing to fear. No matter what’s happening, it’ll turn out for your good. The Bible says, “…count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations” (James 1:2). Keep the smile and laughter on; you’re more than a conqueror. Store the Word in you. Digest and “drink” the Word; get it into you in abundance, and your life will be an endless stream of victories and the miraculous.
