Ala Hazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi wrote approximately 1000 books on different topics. He wrote millions of Fatawa (legal rulings) from the period 1286 A.H. to 1340 A.H., but unfortunately, all of them could not be recorded. Those which were copies have been compiled under the title of 'Fatawa Rizvia'.
The latest edition of Fatawa Rizvia consists of 30 volumes, 21656 pages, 6897 questions answers and 206 booklets. (Fatawa Rizvia (New Edition), vol. 30, pp. 10, Raza Foundation, Markaz ul Auliya Lahore). His thorough knowledge of Quran, Ahadis, Fiqh, Mantiq (logic) etc. can be judged only by a deep study of his Fatawa. An ocean of argumentation is turbulent in each Fatwa.
