In #dealwithit – living well with PTSD, I talk a lot about the changes we go through on an emotional and mental level. How we are always confronted and in tension, caught between the person that we remember we were and the person that we now are.

Well, Monday was just one of those days, it will now be known forever as, The Great Fan Meltdown of 2018. It wasn’t on the scale of the Sausage Incident Of 2015 that I talk about in #Dealwithit, but without intervention by Mel and a cigar with Tim, it might have been.

Sometimes I feel I am half the man I use to be; the truth is I am. However, the other side of that coin is I am also half the man I am yet to discover, that sounds meme-worthy, but in day to day life it is a total pain in the arse if your trying to put up a Ceiling fan and can no longer understand a simple wiring diagram.
