-Devotion and Prayer for the Day: Psalm 63

Join us in today’s Prayer and devotion-

Read Psalm 63 and then join us in prayer:

Our Father,

You are our God; we earnestly seek you; our souls thirst for you; as in a dry and thirty land where there is no water. Because your loving kindness is better than life, our lips will praise you. So we will bless you as long as we live; in your name we will lift up our hands in praise. For you have been our help, and in the shadow of your wings we continue to sing for joy.

We pray that you would send down your Kingdom in our midst and let revival flood our land. Let the Church Rise up from its death bed and become a beacon to the oppressed and let the cities be blessed once more by a new demonstration of your Spirit. Let the hosts of heaven clear the way for our testimonies to be heard, let the enemy and his minions be held back and let a new awakening come to a new generation.

Let the church rise up once more and fulfill its calling. Let your servants flow with words of your authority and with your healing in their wings for a nation that is falling away. Let your name be preached and your gospel cover the land like a flood with demonstrations of your power bringing miracles that cannot be denied.  Let the whole nation be alive with your praises and silence the unbelievers once more.

Let your Kingdom come, your will be done in our midst and heal our land.

In Jesus name, Amen.
