Do our actions have consequences? O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?'' (Matthew 16:3) | ||
What if we celebrate Halloween? What if we put a Buddha statue on our shelf? What if we remove the crucifixes from our schools and do away with the school prayer, but facilitate prayer times and prayer-rooms for Muslims? Do you think God is well-pleased and that he likes it? I think Christianity has lost much of its power since it began to disregard Gods will. God has no place in todays society and many Christians are following the mainstream. God now has to kindly think as society does... Throughout history, God has said that our actions would have consequences. He punished His own nation when they backslid. How do we then come to the conclusion that our deeds before God will have no consequences? Anyone who has read the escatological books of the Bible, knows that we have arrived in end times and that which transpires there. There will be false Christs and Satan will take dominion over the earth. The gentile people are blind to this, they dont know better. However, when even those who profess to be followers of Christ dont recognize the signs of the times, then the deceiver has commenced his work brilliantly. Watch what you do and say, because God will pay attention! See that you are found on the right side when the time of judgement comes! I wish you a blessed day in this dark time.
