Different people has given different meanings to happiness. Some find happiness by being with friends and family. Some find it through materialistic things. For some people their happiness is personal success and career. Some find it through religion. This varies from person to person.

A happy life does not mean that you experience happy moments throughout the day. This means the moments we live providing us with peace and calmness.
Happiness is always there within every one of us. But we are covering it with various things. But all of us have the possibility to find the connecting link of happiness within.
So the question arises...what is life?
Is life acquiring materialistic wealth?
Is life achieving spiritual goals?
Is life a series of accomplishments?
Is life just a devotional journey?
Cannot be. Can you say life is this+that+another = Life. Of course not.
Life changes every moment. Our goals, likes, dislikes and each and every thing changes every moment. Actually our life is like a river as I always see. Life is always going through constant changes.
Evolution to occur we must totally accept the change. No other way.
No life is free of problems. Problems may come and go... For every lock there is a key. For every problem there is a solution.
Life is in a unique shape in every individual. Life is being shaped by every experience we encounter. As each individual's experiences differ from one another the shape of life differs in each and every one.
There is nothing to understand about life. But it is to live it up to the fullest.
But when you see what is not life.... you will know what is life. This applies to anything...for example to realize what is compassion you need to see what is not compassion.
Each individuals life is their message to this world.
Remember what ever we say , how ever we act , .................ultimately our life is our message to this world.
