What do you Hope for when the worry eats at you? What hopes burn bright in the dark of fear and anxiety?
Do you hope for healing? Relief? A windfall? A job or a home or a friend to ease your loneliness?
Do you know what Jesus hopes for, Dear One? You.
A relationship with you. The chance to be with Him forever. Eternity with you.
Trade in all those other hopes that can't be relied upon. Hand over the hopes that depend on this world alone. Surrender all hope to the Lover of your soul.
Today, Surrender.
But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. - Matthew 6:33
Lover of my soul, I love You. I trust You with every hope, because You are the only Hope that matters. Amen...
