Well, the word came several days earlier than planned. It has not been announced within the company yet though. (It's OK for me to post it here.)
Amanda passed her Industrial Master Tech exam with flying colors!

She did excellently (98%) on the exam which was graded by 4-5 experts. They said she knocked it out of the ballpark! Not only will she get a big promotion and significant pay raise, but she has also made history within the company!
Within the company, she is the first woman to pass the exam and will be the first female Master Tech.
God gave her the strong mechanical bent, and she is shining brightly for Him as she puts them to use. We are very proud of her and very thankful to the Lord for blessing her with these opportunities.
