Writing to Hashem

     The essence of prayer is "Directing your Heart to Heaven." This means to think about Hashem.

     Even though we have traditional, structured Prayers that we are to recite, any time we talk (or write) from our hearts to Hashem, it is perfectly acceptable prayer. It is best to do both… both the structured, and the heart driven prayers when you feel them.
