A Big Day!

     For thousands of years Jewish men from the age of 13 years old put on tefillin every weekday of their lives. But this day is perhaps the most special time of all.   

     It's the first time in his life that this boy is putting them on.

     For the boy, it is so happy as it is part of his growing up.

     For the father, it is so happy because it is part of, "Teach my words to your children."

     For me, it is so happy because I see there is someone here who is going to take over when the old guys are gone.

     And for Hashem, it is so happy because He sees that His people are listening to what He told us to do.
