Gutman answers:

    Sure it is best to go out but we learn to use what we have; learn Torah, pray for others, send them nice messages, send those who need charity, clean for Pesach….

     Ultimately only Hashem knows why He does something but we work with what we have. Haven't you been thanking G-d many more times a day that you are well? Maybe that's why He is doing this? Keep on going, it ain't over yet. 

P.S.  If anyone doubted the story of Pesach and the plagues that Hashem brought to Egypt, now, due to this virus shutdown, and its coming during Pesach, has certainly changed his mind.
