The Reconciliation of our differences is what will bring true harmony to the world. In our day and age, there are many differences and troubles that we have inherited from the past and are trying to overcome. But what will make the most impact in the world is how we deal with them now, so our future can be better and we can leave a truly beneficial and lasting legacy. What we must remember is that our humanity transcends all concepts of me and you, us and them, race, religion, background, age, where in the world we live, and all the other labels that we think keeps us separated. When we keep this in mind, we can begin to bridge the gap that divides us to create real peace and harmony. It is this spirit of humanity and reconciliation that has begun to flourish this past month in Asia, and I hope and pray that it continues for the benefit of all.
