Exodus 17 vs 9-11

9 And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand. 10 So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. 11 And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.

1. When Moses held up the rod of God in his hand, he prevailed over his enemies, but when he put down the rod in his hand, the enemies prevailed against him.
2. Your enemies shall not prevail against you in Jesus’ name.
3. The storms and battles of life shall not overpower and overcome you in Jesus’ name.
4. In these verses, we see the secret of spiritual and physical victories. All you need to do is hold up God’s rod in your hand.
5. What is the rod of God? The rod of God is the Word of God.
6. As long as you hold up the word of God, you shall prevail against every battle of life.
7. You shall overcome all by the word of God, whether it is barrenness, stagnancy, failure, sickness, premature death, accident, nightmares or affliction.
8. No problem can overcome the word of God.
9. You need the rod of God, which is the word of God, to overcome.
10. As you stand upon the Word of God, confessing and believing the Word of God, your victory is sure in God.
11. I rebuke every Amalekite in your life in Jesus’ name.
12. The Word of God shall arrest and destroy your Amalekites in Jesus’ name. Amen.
