In part 1 of our 4 part series, during our interview with Pastor Mrs Jimetta Lumati, we discussed the importance of getting counseling or therapy if needed, from Christian Counselors. As Christians, God is our one stop shop, but this does not rule out the need to seek therapy or counseling when needed. It is just like seeking the help of a surgeon or primary care physician for physical ailments.
