Ingredients Of Eid Ul Adha Parsi Mutton Cutlets

  • Mutton mince 250 gm
  • 1 green chilli, coarsely ground
  • Turmeric ½ tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Clove-cinnamon powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • 5-6 chopped coarsely, pudina leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • Potatoes, boiled and mashed 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon
  • Bread crumbs, to coat
  • Whisked (to coat the cutlets) 4 eggs,
  • Oil to deep fry

How To Make Eid Ul Adha Parsi Mutton Cutlets :

In a bowl take the mutton mince and mix it with your hands for 4-5 minutes. Now add the red chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, mashed potato, green chilli, clove-cinnamon powder, turmeric, pudina, salt and dhaniya. Mix all these things for few minutes. Now make medium sized O shape patties. Coat the cutlets with bread crumbs from both sides and refrigerate it for 30 or 35 minutes. Coat the refrigerated cutlets in the egg mixture. Now deep fry in oil until brown golden from both sides. Serve with onions, spices fruits and tomatoes. You can also squeeze on the top some lemon juice if you like.
