From our anchor scripture, the Bible reveals that Elijah had a stand with God at the place of prayer. That was what commanded the attention of his generation.
When Israel sinned against God through the worship of Baal, Elijah brought the whole of Israel to a standstill for God. This means that your stand with God compels your generation to stand at attention for you.
A stand with God was also the secret of David. He was so passionate for God’s Presence and that was the only desire of His life (Psalm 27:4).
What David became was not written on his face; it was his content that determined his greatness.
The problem of our generation is that people think that a man’s future is written on his face; people think that they can determine your future by the look of your face. When they look at your container, they think that they can determine your content. It is impossible!
Beloved, do not allow anyone judge you according to your outward appearance. Rather, develop a buoyant spirit by living a life of consistent prayer and intimacy with God.
Remember this: Your stand with God compels your generation to stand at attention for you.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Develop a stand with God at the place of prayer.
2. Do not allow anyone write you off in destiny.
PRAYER: O LORD, I ask for a perpetual stand with You at the place of prayer. Help me LORD, to fulfil my destiny, in Jesus’ Name.

De nuestra escritura de referencia, la Biblia revela que Elías tuvo una posición con Dios en el lugar de oración. Eso fue lo que atrajo la atención de su generación.
Cuando Israel pecó contra Dios por medio de la adoración de Baal, Elías llevó a todo Israel a permanecer quieto ante Dios. Esto significa que, la posición de usted ante Dios induce su generación a estar en atención para usted.
Una postura con Dios fue también el secreto de David. Estaba tan apasionado por la presencia de Dios y eso era el único deseo de Su vida (Salmo 27:4).
En lo que David se convirtió no estaba escrito en su rostro; Fue su contenido el que determinó su grandeza.
El problema de nuestra generación es que la gente piensa que el futuro de un hombre está escrito en su rostro; la gente piensa que pueden determinar su futuro tan solo por mirarle a la cara. Cuando miran a su contenedor (apariencia), piensan que pueden determinar su contenido. ¡Es imposible!
Amado, no permita que nadie le juzgue a usted de acuerdo a su apariencia externa. Más bien, desarrolle un espíritu boyante viviendo una vida de constante oración e intimidad con Dios.
Recuerde esto: Su postura con Dios obliga a su generación a ponerse en atención para usted.
TAREA(S):
1. Desarrolle una postura con Dios en el lugar de oración.
2. No permita que nadie lo descarte en el destino.
ORACIÓN: OH SEÑOR, Te pido por una postura perpetua Contigo en el lugar de oración. Ayúdame, SEÑOR, a cumplir mi destino en el Nombre de Jesús.
