Mark Meechan posted a YouTube film of his girlfriend’s pug giving a Nazi salute
When Mark Meechan emerged from Airdrie sheriff court, he was grinning from ear to ear with his arms aloft in triumph. He had managed to avoid a prison sentence for breaching the 2003 Communications Act.
He had posted a YouTube film of his girlfriend’s pug giving a Nazi salute and reacting to the words “Gas the Jews.”
He was fined £800 for “grossly offensive” racism.
