The three types of influences include conscious, unconscious and Subconscious influence: You being influenced without your knowledge.

1. Self-aware influence: You being influenced with your knowledge. So consciously change something. Here are 11 different types of changes that you experience during self-aware influence:

1. Start a change: you start a change keeping certain goals in mind

2. Stop a change

3. Sustain a change

4. Survive a change

5. Step-up a change (continuous improvement)

6. Secure a change

7. Seek a change

8. Support a change

9. Seclude away from change

10. Sense (foresee) a change

11. Stand-still during a change

When you want to change something, you must have a strategy that can be broadly divided into 5Ds:

1. Delegation,

2. Disturbances (Conflict)

3. Drive (Motivation)

4. Decision making,

5. Disaster/crisis and success management.

In order to achieve this strategy, you must have a set of skills that can be broadly divided into six i's:

1. Intrapersonal

2. Interpersonal

3. Interaction

4. Imparting (presentation)

5. Influencing

6. Information

Influencing people is getting into their strong beliefs, opinions and actions that are prevailing from their birth. In order to successful, you must first believe in yourself, your thoughts and your actions. Second, you communicate it through interactions and actions. You can understand some your very obvious behavior by understanding the conscious, subconscious and unconscious behavior
