My Neighbour Mentioned something I had noticed... when the rains came back, the birds did too.

I mean, there have been birds all Summer, don't get me wrong but maybe it was co-incidence but ever since we got rain again there have been bunches of loud jittery birds.

My Neighbour mentioned they keep flying into her window.  I can't speak to this happening to me other than a giant poop splotch at the base of my big window that I can't figure out unless maybe it was... er... expelled as a bird hit?  But yeah, birds seeming rather anxious or something.... eating away at the berries, flocking in chittering numbers.  Nature doing nature things.  As she does.

Time change (here) is this weekend.  It's already stupid dark in the mornings and now it's going to be stupid dark in the evenings.  We all know how well I adjust and how much I dislike this.

Hopefully this week of waking up isn't too rough... and hopefully I adjust quickly.  Hey, maybe this time I won't even notice right?  Right.  You never know.

But yeah, time change.  Ugh.  Here we go I guess.  Can't believe we voted this away and it's still happening.  Sigh.

(Wait, this is the one where we "gain" an hour?  So I can "sleep in" but then I get hungry before dinner time?  I forget... I give up....)
