Bear In Mind I'm Writing This At Night

I am Tired.

I really really really want to Sleep.  A lot.  

Sometimes it feels like I'd like to sleep for a week.  Other times just for the night.  But always, what I'm aching for is a deep, long, restorative sleep.

I get a night like that every once in a while and then I feel like I chase that feeling of rest for the rest of the month.

I'm sleeping "better" than I was in Summer for sure, and that's possibly heat related.... but there's ok sleep and good sleep (and let's be honest, amazing sleep) and I'd really like me some stunning sleep.  And not just a one or two off.  

Yes I pay attention to my sleep hygiene and yes I take things to help me sleep.  Yes there is more I could likely do (with food and exercise I bet).

This isn't always a physical tired, more a "system" tired if that even makes sense.

But yeah, sleep.  I love it.  I'd like more of it.

But not too too much, you know? (Knock on wood healthy sleep only thank you)
