Welcome to the Wakefield Doctrine (the theory of clarks, scotts and rogers)
This is the Ten Things of Thankful (TToT) bloghop.
Dyanne is the host.
Mimi and Lisa and Pat are co-hosts
Lizzi is the progenitorinae.
This week’s Ten Gratigenic People, Places and Things include:
1) Una
2) Phyllis
3) the Wakefield Doctrine
4) Serial Story-writing, ‘the Whitechapel Interlude‘ and ‘the Case of the Missing Fig Leaf‘
5) the Six Sentence Story bloghop
6) I am grateful, (well, this is a grat blophop), for Una’s taste in music, specifically the music that relieves her anxiety during thunderstorms. Seriously, there’s a couple of fairly-metal cover songs that she prefers. Even more interesting, it’s not necessary to play the music at a volume to drown-out the thunderstorm… she lays on the bed, I play two or three songs (repeatedly) and she falls asleep. Sample, (in case you want to try it out on your own canine or significant other), is provided below as the second music vid.
7) Phyllis is followed out of the woods by a mimic* and, given her predisposition towards charity to others, apparently, (in the photo below), is considering bringing it into the house.
8) The effects of the tree cutting is fun because it manifests variably. One time, you look and it gives a certain sense of surrounding space, another and it’s the existing structures that change. cool
9) something, something
10) Secret Rule 1.3
