Herpes and Stress, Prevent Herpes Outbreaks

If you have Herpes you may have experienced this.

Stress arrives or increases in your life and undoubtedly, without fail, hot on it's heels is a Herpes outbreak arriving on the scene wide open and ready to add to your already stressful situation.

Herpes loves Stress.  Because Stress loves a Weakened Immune System.  Stress grabs a hold of a Weak Immune System and takes advantage of it, discovering it's vulnerable spot, opening the door, allowing anything in that wants to wreak havoc.  And the field day begins.  Stressful situation, life in turmoil, next enters the Outbreak perhaps followed by a cold....or even worse the flu.  Now life really sucks.

And all because a single weak link....an Immune System that wasn't running on all cylinders.

I've had Herpes for many years.  So many at this point I really can't recall exactly when my little uninvited friend came to live with me, taking up residence inside my body.  But I did learn to live with Herpes and the most important element was to realize keeping my Immune System strong would go a long way to living a healthy outbreak free life.

Building a strong immune system can, for some, require a lifestyle change.  But in the end it is completely worth it.  There are some easy steps to follow in order to build up your Immune System:

Get plenty of sleep consistently.

Drink plenty of water every day.

Reduce your sugar intake.

Meditate, go for a walk, even just chill out for a minute.

Take supplements that help build a strong Immune System.

Once your Immune System is strong you can go on about living your life, outbreak free.  As usual, I hope I helped you in some way.
