The Stamford Brasserie – Great Coffee Spot in Raffles City

Located on the ground floor of Swissôtel The Stamford, next to the hotel reception lobby, The Stamford Brasserie has an elegant interior design. It is like a chic Parisian cafe with modern elements and plenty of greenery. The glass panels let in plenty of natural light during the day and allow patrons in the restaurant a view of the city skyline as well as glimpses of the Esplanade and Marina Bay Sands.

The Stamford Brasserie – Grab & Go

The Stamford Brasserie is a takeaway counter for hotel guests. Gourmet sandwiches, pastries and pies and well as coffee and juices are available.

Some of the items on display look very inviting. The tempting treats are not just for those who have to grab and go. Those not in a hurry and sit down and enjoy the food and drinks in the chic brasserie with full service.

The Grab & Go Menu is below.

Opening from 6.30 am to 10 pm, The Stamford Brasserie is a place for breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea as well as a full meal. The items on the Grab & Go Menu are available all the day. Coffee and Light Bites

The Stamford Brasserie is a great refuelling stop for shoppers visiting Raffles City. Their beverages are reasonably priced and there is a good variety of items for light bites.

We stopped by The Stamford Brasserie for coffee and, feeling peckish, we ordered a piece of walnut muffin ($6) and a shepherd’s pie ($8) to go with our cappuccino ($5.80).

The tableware at Stamford Brasserie has a simple chic look and feel. It is a plastic-free restaurant and thus the cutleries are all made of metal – heavy and elegant.

Our coffee was good and the muffin was moist delicious. The traditional lamb shepherd’s pie looked nice and was tasty.

The Stamford Brasserie is an inviting place at all times of the day.  Whether you are in a hurry or have time to while away, whether you need something light and sweet or something savoury and substantial you may The Stamford Brasserie a very palatable option. We think it is one of the best coffee spots in Raffles City – great ambience, professional service and good coffee that is reasonably priced.
