The Ivy Clifton Brasserie has partnered with Champagne house Perrier-Jouët to create “Butterfly Kisses” – the ultimate Champagne Afternoon Tea, available from September 1st to November 30th 2017.

The Georgian building has been decorated inside with over 700 handmade green, white and gold origami butterflies suspended from the ceiling: a canopy under which the new afternoon tea is being served.

All guests ordering the Perrier-Jouët “Butterfly Kisses” Afternoon Tea will receive their own origami butterfly at the end of their visit: unfold it and you’ll reveal a secret message. 225 lucky people will also win a bespoke Ivy Collection prize, with prizes including limited edition Perrier-Jouët champagne flutes, a complimentary dinner for two guests at The Ivy Clifton Brasserie, and The Ivy Now Book. The top prize is a complimentary meal for two people at The Ivy Clifton Brasserie with a bottle of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2008 Champagne, and two limited edition Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Champagne flutes.

Each afternoon tea features savoury favourites, including truffled chicken brioche rolls, marinated cucumber and dill sandwiches and smoked salmon on rye with cream cheese and chives, alongside warm fruit scones with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry jam. In terms of sweet treats, expect raspberry cheesecake, chocolate & salted caramel mousse and a crème bruleé doughnut, all served with a glass of chilled Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut.

Priced at £25.95 per head, the Perrier-Jouët “Butterfly Kisses” Afternoon Tea is available from Friday, September 1st to Thursday, November 30th 2017, and can be booked via the Ivy Clifton Brasserie website.
