Possible Cause
One Possible cause could be that the adGroupId isn't correct.
The other Possible cause could be that even though adGroupId is correct, it's not mapped to the specified Clientcustomerid. Make sure that correct clientCustomerId is provided as different accounts have different clientCustomerId and you might have provided clientCustomerId for a different account.
