T-Bone Accident in Las Vegas Causes Rollover, Injuries

We are actively looking into an Accident that occurred Friday morning in Las Vegas. This rollover vehicle accident happened at the intersection of Decatur Boulevard and Charleston Boulevard. This is near the Kensington neighborhood, a little bit to the east of College of Southern Nevada and Bonanza High School. One person was sent to the hospital in this accident. While this is not a bad number given that three vehicles were reportedly involved in this accident, we have information that suggests serious injuries to the one person who sustained bodily damage in this incident. This was a morning time crash. It was reported to the police via phone call around ten o’clock in the morning yesterday (Friday). The injured individual was reportedly sent to University Medical Center for their injuries. This was a rollover accident, and pictures from news reports are quite shocking.

Information that we have seen indicates that the injured party was stopped at a left turn light. When the light changed to a green left turn indicator he reportedly went to execute the left turn, only to be T-boned by another vehicle. The force of the impact caused this to become yet another Las Vegas rollover accident and injury. This man, a Las Vegas area resident, may have suffered serious injuries. Witnesses are still being sought to corroborate the above listed chain of events, as there is some question as to whether or not the driver of the vehicle which T-boned the other thought he had the light heading his direction. If you have information on this accident, particularly if you were a witness, please contact Benson & Bingham Attorneys at Law today to help us as we move forward with our investigation of this incident.

Benson & Bingham Attorneys at Law have experienced rollover and T-bone vehicle accidents in Las Vegas. Side impact car accidents result in very high trauma injuries. This is because side impacts are usually caused by a party whom runs a stop sign or stoplight; thus, no braking or vehicle slowing occurs. The energy from the speeds of both cars is transferred to the occupants. The dramatic reduction in force when a vehicle is caused to decelerate in an instant causes body parts to mechanically move direction causing tearing, ripping, and jolting of muscle tissues. Resulting neck injuries are very prominent as well as major bone injuries like: fractured ribs, broken pelvis, lumbar spine injuries, fractured legs and arms, and serious head trauma. Contact Benson & Bingham today for a free consultation on your T-bone accident injury in Las Vegas to speak with lawyers who understand how to help.
